    AVSecure Developer Sandbox OPEN

AVSecure is pleased to welcome merchants and developers to register and access the developer sandbox at https://avsecure.com/developers

Here you will find a registration area which will allow you to test the AgePass by AVSecure age verification service and decide which one of the many integration methods are most suitable.

This will prepare you for the full production version so that you can be confident you are compliant for the go-live date on 15th July 2019.

In early June, we will release a “pre-launch” phase. This will help educate your visitors about the need to age verify and provide them the choice to do so before the 15th July deadline.

There will also be a “not now” button allowing easy access to your site, if they prefer to verify later. On the 15th July, the “not now” button will be removed, and the full live service deployed.

AVSecure has applied for the BBFC Age Verification Certificate scheme(AVC) which will be supported by national press and media, advising consumers only to choose solutions that have attained this high standard for data and privacy protection.

.js and other stuff is hosted on our server or on yours?
In case yours, If your server is down, what happens? Site freezes? forever loading?
Can your server handle millions page views? doesn`t have any CDN behind it?

            I mean this
            <script id="age-wall" data-avs-iframe-variant="" data-cp-bg-url="" data-x-api-key="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" src="https://avsecure.dev/v1/age_wall.js"></script>

We have fail safes in place. In the event of an outage (which we always have to assume can happen), consumers will not see the agewall and continue straight to your site. Hope that helps.
