How hard would it be to sabotage a rival big program by 'manufacturing' enough chargebacks to put it above the 1% ratio?

This has got nothing to do with ratios. Are you aware what happens when a billing account exceeds 1% CB's now? And are you aware of what happens if you are unable to get your chargebacks under 1%?

But 1% seems too low for me, I don't have a paysite, but i thought that there must be much more chargebacks ....

The 1% CB also applies to revshare, so don't ONLY factor in PPS. Besides, I think you're missing the point a little - we're talking about putting a competitor (another paysite) out of business - we're not talking about trying to scam affiliate programs.

i think its very possible. Somone could just use stolen credit cards which can always be found on mirc.Best thing to do is just keep your mouth closed and don't piss off anyone
