    compressing gif help =)

    i got this gif file i want to use on a page but its bloody huge (121k) what can i use to optimise it without affecting the overall appearance of it ?

    depends on the image .. post it
    SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

          it'll be hard to get that file any lower without looking like total ass.

          Looking at it, you've got a whole shitload of pixels changing from frame to frame that have no business changing.
