Your defect is politicizing taxes to the point that you don't acknowledge the truth and your own experience and your friends and families experience, which is unfortunate.

You can either lie and say you saw no negative changes and had to pay no more in taxes this year and everything is great, or even say you got the biggest refund ever.... or you can be honest.

What somebody writes in a column doesn't mean shit to people's personal experience and the majority people I've talked to, personally, are shocked at how much more they're paying this year. If the tax refunds this year were great I'd be saying they're great but they aren't unfortunately. You're just playing team sports.
