I just went and looked at my front page for Reddit. In the top 50 posts there are maybe 2 that could be counted on your list. One of them was about what a shitty job Mitch McConnell is doing and the other was a story about a teacher in Texas being fired because he is affiliated with a white nationalist group.

You can pick and choose what you want them to aggregate to you. If you don't want anti-Trump/anti-vaxx/Christianity posts, don't subscribe to subreddits that have that stuff.
