    Google Search Console message: noindex

    Hey
So I received this message from google regarding few of my sites:

“The URL you sent marked with noindex”

What does that mean? How it effect the sites?

    Thanks!

That means that Google won't index your site because you have in your head section of your page a "noindex".

    Something like this: <meta name="robots" content="noindex" >

Are you using a sitemap and have included those pages in it? If so it will give an error because Google wants to index the pages in your sitemap but then you're telling it not to with the noindex meta tag.
