    isp change requests

    never though i might need this service, on looking at the new host, you need to fill out a long form at least 3 dpf's length, with a box at end to explain why you want this and its totally up to the host if the change is granted?

    has this always been like this with hosts?

    Ehhh no. Usually you call and ask them to cancel - while signing up with whichever new one you want
