I'm 100% for conceal & carry for any citizen over 18 as long as all carriers have a full background check, take a comprehensive gun course and have a gun permit proving they took the gun course. Very easy.

If we had more educated gun owners carrying in public I think we'd have less crime & conflict.

Considering that when it was written there were no licenses for anything I wouldnt say that licensing has anything to do with a "well regulated militia" and considering the Bill of rights is a list of things that government can NOT do I doubt that this is any exception.

According to your logic our right to bare arms only gurantees us the use of single shot muskets because those are the only guns that existed back then.
