Tech Windows AOL Mail Error

Http/1.1 Service Unavailable

Never saw this error and this is on IE

On Firefox, "The proxy server is refusing connections." I'm on WiFi direct, no proxy. Only for AOL Mail Other tabs open fine.

I want to LOL at AOL Email but... It's like the fourth or fifth largest email provider - or at least so it seems from that I see at YNOT Mail.
