Referral code issue affecting Streamate?

I've emailed an inquiry about this issue and am waiting for a response, but for those still using MoneyTree/Streamate, have you noticed a total absence of signups since late April?

It's been almost two weeks since logging a signup and this is highly usual. Unique hits to the signup page have remained unchanged.

I've noticed Streamate altered their signup page. I'm not sure when this was done or if this coincides with my issue, but I'm wondering if referral codes are not being carried over or registered during signups as a result of this change.

Has anyone else noticed a disappearance of signups recently? A similar issue like this cropped up in 2016 (which they fixed) and, if there is an issue, it's simply a bug that needs fixing.

Do you look at MoneyTree for Streamate? When did this issue first appear for you (approximately)? How long ago did you lodge a complaint? I don't want to test a signup for fear of violating the TOS, but their new design probably drops the code upon reaching the second signup page.

For clarification: I'm not suggesting this is deliberate on Streamate's part.

Is this affiliate program possible to use to promote Streamate without a white label? MTree is rather dated in terms of data and the commission is lower. I'm reluctant to shift things around because I've logged a substantial number of signups (which I can't track without looking through the history) over the years.

I'm getting decent results with CamBuilder and they have so far always paid on time. I have both a white label + subdomain with CamBuilder and they both perform well.

My Streamate white label is doing fine. Yesterday was one of my biggest days ever, today not so much. Nothing out of the usual though. Sales every single day.

Streamate is great just wish I was able to make more new signups rather than depending on old spenders!
