I just downloaded this, to read carefully later. The first thing I noticed is C.F. is not named as a Defendant. Can it be assumed that Carl is a cooperating witness for the US govt?

If what’s claimed is true, then their “police” on the site didn’t do their job. Claims are children were used in ads for video making, prostitution and sex with runaways.

I condone legal prostitution for those over 21 only. Adults in ads only.

I read 25% of it so far. So far the lesson is don’t put in writing what you can say in a meeting. In 2011 they were warned but ignored the warnings and purposely allowed underaged girls to run Lolita ads. Their crew in India tried hard to comply but didn’t have a lot of guidance.

They nailed themselves with emails acknowledging prostitution. I’ve got more reading to do!

This indictment is a guide of what NOT to do while running illegal or questionable sites. Seriously. Every porn site owner needs to read it. Email & text isn’t the way to communicate.
