Tech Does this tech exist? (CCTV CAM)

In an ideal world I'd like to have a little camera outside my house that connects to my phone. However I cant run power to it, so it needs to be battery operated. It wouldn't be active all the time, however if I wanted to view it, I'd activate it on my phone and it would come to life.

I would only ever be using it from inside the house, so it doesnt need to work from miles away. The main thing is that although it would be on my property, it would be a short distance away from my house so certainly needing battery power. I cant run power to it.

I don't need great resolution. Don't even need it to be HD... It could be either wi-fi or bluetooth. It would be close to the house, but not actually connected to it

Any suggestions or is this something that doesn't exist?

Thats a bit out of my budget to be fair - Especially for the limited use I will get out of it. Almost double the price of the one above, but thanks anyway
