    computer nerds, please help!

So we have tried another internet connection, turned the laptop on and off, checked the settings, but seems no matter the browser, although mainly using google chrome, when logging into any modelcentro website, that´s mcprofits, adultcentro, our website & 500 other mc sites, the ip address is creating a problem & putting us over to a google page!

the video is a screen cap showing me typing in and trying to login to any MC IP website & then showing when we log into any other site the url follows through correctly. It´s like the IP is bouncing, not porn or the websites...

Thank you for reading & thank you to anyone who can help me please!

problem is, it´s when using any browser & not searching. The problem doesn´t occur for any website expect the IP 31.192.113.169 which is modelcentro, fancentro, adultcentro & every Modelcentro website, obviously inc. my own. Thus, we can´t log in to chat with members, update our site with vid or photo sets, deal with affiliates or update new FHG for our own purposes let alone fans or affiliates...

It´s literally no other website, only this one IP! It´s a nightmare

Maybe the server at 31.192.113.169 is redirecting you and it has nothing to do with
        your computer.

that´s MC, i´ve asked all my fans and other people, the server isn´t redirecting anyone, and there´s no reason for it to just redirect me alone, out of all the 500 plus models...

ModelCentro, please can you check there´s not a redirect on me or any chance you can help me please. I literally can´t log on to any of yours and this means my own site

If your IP address failed several log in attempts on certain areas then an automated program
could redirect you from the server.

I'm not saying this is what happened; just saying that it's possible.

can you login on your phone? if yes it's your computer. If no, try using your phone data package rather than wifi, if you can login, it's your connection.

possibly, still not understanding why it´s redirecting and was, in the redirects, so now deleted them and once tried again, they´re there in search engines as the redirect url of google. It´s like, wtf!

oh wtf, nice one manfap, found out that it´s happening on the phone also. But it´s also happening on someone else wifi! Is "Spain" redirecting MC & it´s sites?

ok, so I tried another wifi, a neighbours, of which the same thing happened on chrome, but chrome obviously had it´s settings already corrupt. So, I tried firefox, it was ok to log into modelcentro and mcprofits, so I changed back to my wifi, reloaded the page and the redirect happened again...

so, I go back to my neighbours wifi and reload, both pages were already corrupt, so in the settings, they must be changing to redirect. The page I didn´t reload, mcprofits, it continued to work.

So therefore, somehow, my wifi, router or actual wifi company seems to be not allowing me to land on any of the 31.192.113.169 model centro websites & somehow is corrupting my browser to redirect it to google, no matter which browser i´m using.

I´ve sent an email to them, but in the meantime, any suggestions of what or why this is happening please?

Try a different dns server in your router. 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 (google dns servers)

it´s not the dns, as i´ve been checking with the dev console, so far got this...

                        Request URL:https://nataliek.xxx/
                        Request Method:GET
Status Code:301 Moved Permanently (from disk cache)

                        then it clicks to

                        Request URL:Google
                        Request Method:GET
                        Status Code:307 Internal Redirect

                        to

                        Request URL:https://www.google.com/
                        Request Method:GET
                        Status Code:302 (from disk cache)

                        then settles on...

                        Request URL:https://www.google.es/?gfe_rd=cr&dcr...Ooqt8wfX_7XgAg
                        Request Method:GET
                        Status Code:200

seems it´s something permanent in my system, but it´s pushing this redirect on all of the mc ip address websites. This is a nightmare!

I´ve tried use a hide my ip again & now I notice the top avatar displays, the name on the url at the top tab shows the right site, but the page is blank and not following through...

is this being restricted from MC, my wifi router or my laptop and browsers? Please someone help, this is really bad news

hey Mark, no, checked it though, a big thank you for trying...

this is strange. it´s definitely a redirect, it definitely seems as though it´s from my router and not my laptop, although, once it´s been redirected from the router, it then seems like it´s coded onto my laptop.

I try another wifi, now my laptop has been redirected, it continues to redirect, alas, it also is on my phone redirecting, so it´s got to be part of the router or system, as they´re both linked anyway...

                                this is a nightmare...

I usually chat with my fans daily, it takes me hours, but it´s worth it, i´ve already had one fan leave this evening, yes i´m still having sales, but they will only stay the month if I don´t update, as I update daily, and it´s been 30hrs now....

Please MC, email me or have you an email I can email you please as I can´t login!

Reset your router or flash your router with the latest firmware. Can you login into your router with ssh? If so check with curl or wget your site.
Or connect your laptop direct to your internet connection and check if it still redirects.
Use your ipaddress (31.192.113.169) in the addressbar of your browser, what happens? Still redirects?

                                          it´s crazy!

                                          we went further...

OK; so what we have is...

we noticed when we tried firefox on our neighbors wifi, all worked, but when we tried chrome they didn´t.

so we logged back in our own router and tried firefox, this now blocked it again and chrome was still blocked.

Went back to our neighbours wifi, now firefox and chrome was blocked.

so downloaded opera, used it on our neighbours wifi, it´s working...

so, the router is blocking all the MC IP sites, then, putting a block onto our laptop and anything else, our phone for instance.

This is like crazy, as the laptop is blocking everything once it´s going through the router!

We´ve checked malware, and everything else, it´s crazy...

going to get the internet team out as can´t log into the router as don´t have the password, and will keep everyone updated as this has never happened to us before and it´s very weird how it´s acting like a virus to connect to the items using the router, yet, its going to be the net and not the pc with malware as it works ok on another router as long as it´s not been used already on ours!

Guys, everyone who helped and added some great links and some great advice for those with PC & internet problems, a big THANK YOU!

The problem was actually as BlackMonsters said! A massive thank you to you...

I spoke with MC via an unused browser Opera & using my friends wifi I asked if the tech team there could check their servers as i´d done everything to clear mine & yes, it was actually an error on their server where it actually blocked my IP...

Was going out of my mind lol...

all dealt with and pleased to say business is back as normal, my members are being spoken to directly on private DM & my daily updates can continue to be updated!

Once again, thank you to all for this business thread and big worries, kept as a business thread. Thank you!
