Content owners don't usually want or need you to do this. They all have their own channels on the big tubes that they maintain on their own; why would they want to pay you affiliate commission to steal views from their channels?

I'm the content owner, willing to post my content (exclusive 4k) to some big tubes.

The reality is, Its pointless submitting to the smaller tubes as they give very little back.
They all need different sized banners and its a pain in the ass going to all the effort for nothing really back in return.
Only worth submitting to the big few (Mindgeek) sites plus a couple more.
