Builttoconvert.com does not pay

Wanted to let you all know that Builttoconvert.com upped my minimum payout to 3K around 2 years ago.
I was collecting the rebills and when I finally reached the minimim payout, Josh G., known here as vittle, upped my minimum payout to 5K.
I tried reaching to him multiple times over email and NATS support to no effect.
Today he deleted my Builttoconvert.com account. Fortunately I printed out all the details expecting this.
I'll send them to a Collection Agency and see how it goes. BTW if you have any recommendations let me know

The owner gave a green light to use the domain. When my Google positions dropped and the traffic dried up he took my website and my $3K
