I bought 2 litecoins on the 8th of this month at 45 each. As of this moment they are worth 60.49 each. So thats £30 quid in less than 3 weeks. I intend to hold for a couple of years or so.

1 month is too short for crypto. 1 year, 5 years, that's what you need to look at. In 1 month it can go up a lot and down a lot but in 1 year it will always be up a lot.

That's what people said when BTC went from 50 to 250

(and from 250 to 400 and from 400 to 1000 and from 1000 to 2500, etc.)

Even for BTC, if you buy BTC now at $8500, next year it could be $15,000

There also seems to be some confusion, sometimes I hear people say Bitcoin is too expensive I don't want to put in $8000, but you can just put in $1000 or $2000 and get 1/8, 1/4 of the Bitcoin, seems many people don't seem to know this for some reason.

However, to use btc and see your investment continue to rise, well, no reason to not continue to invest in bitcoin

But why not. You want to be the guy that says in 3 years "fuck I should have put $500 in that day and I would have had X now". Like all the guys in the BTC threads when it was $50.
