How come CCbill, Ibill and Paycom charge 750.00 for the Visa fees when they were only 500.00 from visa? Did they get together and do a little price fixing?

Heck I heard Pay Pal before they got out of the adult industry was charging 1000 for Master Card and Master Card doesn't even require registration yet.
