    hubtraffic.com program issue

    Hi everyone! Does anybody use hubtraffic API for integration with your website?
    I have some technical issues and support is keeping silence for a few days. Maybe someone could share the knowledge about these:
    1. What are the limits of API usage? It seems they banned me and I even didn't get to production and send just few requests. I get 403 Forbidden on every request like this
    2. Does anybody used their API and know some trics?
    3. Maybe someone can cast the support here ?

      I had some issue with their API, they seem to have VERY aggressive limits on their API requests. After a few requests you get some wierd javascript instead of the expected result.

          It seems so, so what is the meaning of such API, get 30 videos and get banned...
          And even worse it is not documented and no response from results.
          Little bit disappointing

              You aren't banned, just blocked for a while. I noticed it happened more on some servers then others.

                  so the transparent caching would resolve this I guess
