So for a couple of week I've finished up what was beginning as a hobbyist project. I've been less than impressed with other tube search engines out there and decided to create my own in the fashion I wanted it.
So now there's a live site; smutiverse.com, and I go to such length that i call it "smart" and "ai driven". The system brings more relevant search results to the user, boosting such videos which the user has shown an interest for before. Much like youtube and it's recommendation system, no comparison other than that...
Having done the search engine bit what remains now is some more designing, which is not my strong suit but I want to keep it as simple as possible. And of course adding more sites to the index.
I dont have any real traffic yet and I'll be happy to exchange links. I'll look into advertising later.
