Does Anyone Use Hostopolis?

I've been searching for a new host. Hostopolis offers all I need at good prices. Does anybody use them or know their reputation?

I'm not Brad, but for the most part, yes.

Though I will stress that it's extremely important when migrating anything WordPress that you clean out all garbage before hand and update everything. Files, plug-ins, themes. Dump any plug-ins or themes that you are not using, they can carry very nasty trash with them. Think STD's.

What's their URL? Hostopolis.com doesn't load and even Google didn't return anything hosting related for "hostopolis". Weird. Better go with some established and reputable host-check my sig.

Denny, try dot net or dot ca. They have others, too. Their server close to me is in New York. I haven't run traceroutes yet.

And yes it's straightforward to move your WP sites, our staff will do that for you and you can work with them on testing. If you want a control panel and a plugin like Cpanel and Softaculous you can do that however it's not my first recommendation.

Not loading for me either. There are a dozen companies in the adult space that have small inexpensive packages. Go with one of them.

Do yourself a favor and go with a bonafide Adult Friendly host that supports the industry.

I had sites since 1993 and never had porn on any of them. In my niche, it wasn't necessary. Then 18 USC 2257 came along ... now it's just non-adult sites. With no privacy, no memory and no money, mainstream is best. In the future, though ...

Depends on how many sites you have. I recently moved a few WP sites there "manually" quite fast and smoothly.
