Tech Windows 10 Question

Hope someone can give me a hand on the following problem:

After my laptop (especially when using firefox) was running slower every day I made some driver updates and cleaned a few things and also updated FF to the last 64 bit version.

since that time the small DOS command window pops up all few minutes (only when i am surfing) and closes immediately.
As this is only a half second or less I can´t see what programm that issue causes.

How can I find out wich fuck opens this window and what does it do ?

I reverted to Win 7 x64 Ultimate after I ran the iso through ntlite and removed the incremental creeping bullshit that culminated in the malware infection known as win10. That os is literally a keylogger. Thommy's a big idiot too.

not really - the command window is still comming up sometimens but not that often anymore and CPU is now a lot better after disabling a lot of unnessecary windows stuff.

but i asume this command window comes from one-note because that shit is still starting after i took it from autostart. and it has always an open task.
