              Thanks for that Jesse, however I really do not do much "Web Design", I do programming, database, systems design and several other things.

              Not sure about Vlad on that, I know he programs but I don't know how much design work he does.

                                          Mine!!! lol Kiddin! Should have an impressive portfolio. Should know how to make decent responsive and mobile ready layouts. He should also have experience and has been around the industy for quite sometime. Easy to work with. Lastly should be bald.. lol If you need anything done. Let me know man. Thanks!

                                              When working with a webdesigner I need someone who is very responsive and emotionally involved with the project. Someone who wants to give you the best version of his or her own work. A good designer always gives you a few options to choose from and gives you his or her personal advice/opinion. Prices should be decent and response should be fast on skype or by email.

                                                                      I don't do much design as in graphic development, but i do frontend work quite a lot.

                                                                      Anyway, there's no such thing as a designer coder or coder designer, it's two separate meals, so OP should look for two different persons imo.
