Anyone from Adamoads here? (help needed)

So my last two payments are in "pending" state for last couple of weeks, I contacted them via email and skype support, first they replied that payment will be released soon but now they are not even replying.

If anyone from Adamoads here, please contact me as soon as possible and help me resolve this issue, as it is very unprofessional approach from the support guys.
