Modelcentro - Anyone having issues?

One of our models started a site on there which I help her out with of course.
Seemed like a great platform, easy for me to update for her etc.

However, she has been having technical issues and cannot get any real help.

Live chats going out, chat date changing, slooooowww site etc.

Messaging tech support there gets basic canned replies and the reply we get back 2 days after the chat issues happens is "Can we setup a team viewer to see the problem"... So yeah.

If anyone has some pointers for their system or if there is someone from Modelcentro on here, especially the one I PMed and never heard back from, that would be great.

May come down to me just building her a site which I dont have time for.

You have to remember, youre dealing with live support reps. They're never the most trained, they need alot of info.

If you search forums, its pretty easy to find the representatives

First of all, I want to apologize for any inconvenience that this situation has caused you.
Please note that we offer TeamViewer session only in case we are not able to reproduce the reported issue on our side and or a model needs help with her/his computer setting.
In order to investigate and fix the issue on your side, could you please specify which model has experienced the technical issues? Feel free to add sasha-centro in skype, so I can assist.

If you notice there´s a red cross on the corner of the MC admin area, here you can message any of the reps who have full knowledge of the site & how everything works.

There´s also a forum you can connect to, here you can chat with both admins & reps, also the other models & company site owners.

The system is very easy to manage after several uses & the back end is reliable with the ability to update your content. The site tours are easily managed, changing images, text or design & of course you have 24/7 tech team support.
