I need a counter that counts the hits without looking at the referer or sending domainname.

You want it on your server, or a 3rd party counter?

If you want 3rd party, you can take nedstat, and uncheck the box, also check referer.

I use paycounter. You can choose whether or not to track referers for each counter you setup.

with sextracker or sexlist you can choose to have a counter without ref code. Or if you are worried about people seeing your traffic sources you can choose to log that data but make it password protected....

So for ex if you want to show someone your traffic volume simply point them to your stats page but unless they have a password they wont be able to see your ref stats.

Totally 3rd party and well respected for accuracy....
