Rotating Popunder?

There is many plugins that have rotating popunder where you add links and plugin rotate them in a ways you can customize, BUT problem with that plugins is that even Chrome anti popup script blocking them, not to mention some serious adblock programs.
In other hand some affiliate programs (like Crackrevenue) offers popunders that is almost impossible to black and they pop everytime.

So, my question is next - Do you guys now some plugin, script, or something like that, that can rotate popunder links, and be very hard to block?

Don't know about Popunder scripts, I take my Popunders from Ad Maven, they never get blocked.
