Awempire support nonexistent?

What does a webmaster have to do to get a response from their support? If they aren't interested in helping affiliates why bother letting them sign up?

I've got some good skype contacts, plus their website support form works well too. Which did you use?

I used the support form in the affiliate area. Last time it took them two days to respond and its been nearly 3 days this time round.

it's the weekend bro, c'mon.

They usually take a couple days, but still almost always respond.

They always answered me in few hours even that I am not a good affiliate of them (only few tiny sales in years with them)
