i've been using the click-pics prog for months now and i want to try the partner prog for a change cos my ratios are pretty decent.

do i have to sign up for a different account to use the partner program (and where do i sign up)?

also could someone pls point me in the direction of the rules for these two programs so i can refresh my memory. thanks.
