We used to use all three of their products for a long time, but also found their support lacking.
Strongbox hasn't had a major update since 2012 and Elias seems to be the only person working there (and this was when we finally dropped them around a year ago).
Strongbox itself is not perfect, but really, really good and it's never broken down or anything like that, but we also got the feeling they've been running on auto-pilot. Throttlebox worked as intended and Clonebox backed up most of the time, but we noticed it stopped for awhile, emailed support, and it took a long time to hear back which resulted in us canceling their services.
Can't say anything for Password-Sentry, but we simply ended up having a custom security backend made. It has all the features of Strongbox plus more and looks a lot nicer too.
Thank you for the elaborated response. I guess I have to go with password-sentry.

do they all work the same, proxypass sounds like the program works the same as bettercgi, stopping the passwork from usage once several IP's show up. We never had a problem with bettercgi, it worked well & did it's job, collecting all the data of which IP's were trying to brute attack.
