Just to warn you, sadly i'm not the first one who have problem with him as i saw after by searching the forum.

I bought him a data base of top searched keywords coming from a internal search engine of a tube, he sent me an "extract" of the data base (normally a 4 millions keywords data base) and after i paid i realized that the extract was in fact the full database and where in fact tags copied from tubes..

When i point that he agreed to refund me but after 1 month listening all excuses in the word to not sending me few hundred bucks and now not even responding the file is close for me, it's a fraud and a lier, avoid him.

Interesting. There should not be an issue to click the "Refund this Transaction" link in PayPal. Insofar as i am aware, there are no limitations to refunding a specific transaction. It would only be an issue if the money is not there and/or there is no secondary verified funding source to fullfill the refund.
