Tech Has switching to https caused you any technical problems?

I mean are there things that worked before but wont after adding SSL?

or effect backlinks that were pointing to http and now it's https?
I want to get it but Im a little freaked that something could change when I have members logged in.

If you do it correctly you should not have any issues. Make sure you do a 301 redirect.
