Business Help in Monetizing

Hi,

I have been running a non-nude (there are some topless/see-throughs bikini/lingerie pics, about 10% of the site content) photo gallery site for some time.
Traffic is decent but i am finding it hard to monetize. Adsense does not approve the site and so are some of the good cpm networks.
I don't want to put porn/nude banner ads (though i am istripper ads as a backfill but with non-nude option).

Are there networks that would allow me to monetize the traffic? No hardcore/porn type ads.

Traffic is mainly Non-US.

Currently i am with Sovrn & Adsiduous but the fill rates are in single digits. CPX Interactive used to be good but their rates were horrible.

I also run Advertise.com's popunders and native ads.

if site is mainstream then you can add adsense on non-adult pages, imho, but double check it.
as there are sites mainstream sites who also happen to have adult content on them and still using adsense on non-adult pages.

Adsense is not allowed, i had to remove after removing couple of warnings because of the "sexy/provocative" pictures.

No i have not tried the Exoclick popunder. Though i tried the standard ads, they kept showing nude/hardcore images, so removed them.

No. I only run istripper as a default to the above networks. Otherwise none directly.
Ones i thought would be good were serving nude/hardcore ads.

Edit:
The ad networks i am with now are Sovrn, Advertise, Spoutable. I removed Adsiduous few hours ago because of low rates .
Spoutable is good. Advertise's popunder are good but the native ads are not. Sovrn fill rate is an issue. Only 30%.
