i am looking for webhost which has high speed. i know there are lots of factors but

    what are the options. ?

i mean i have seen sites where they dont even use CDN for content delivery yet their content is delivered at the speed of CDN. how come ?

It has more to do with the peering and the data center infrastructure.

Also, the proximity to the client.
Then there is the client ISP routing metrics... Your browser is not an accurate indicator is what I mean.

Your routing will vary to any host.

Years ago I had an issue where only people in certain parts of California and the East Cost were having choppy video, it was months of going back and forth having those effected ping and report where their lag was. Pain in the ass.

Issues with multiple nodes delaying relay some timing out.
