If complaint is 100% legitimate and its something that could potentially effect others then don't wait another moment.

Get it out in the open for dissuasion provided you have all your facts in order first

We are full emails with all possible excuses, issues on their side, problems, promises of giving an answer the day later, many tomorrows, invoices for payments .... and so far nothing paid.

I'm going to give them another full day.

No, not at all. We are simply waiting for our payments. They say that money have been sent.
Strange cause it's 10 years that we get paid from Epoch each week without any problem.

So this new CC processor has no reason to not being able to pay us.

I can't begin to tell you all the hell I went through in 2004 with Ibill and later Dutchilling, both defunct CC processors. Let just say I know the OPs frustrations and ultimately if you don't get paid, the feelings inside of you that can be borne.

I was ripped off for well into the six digits along with about $15K a month in rebills so the amount I ended up getting burned for was staggering. It took the rug out from under me and I lost two houses, my marriage and everything else I owned.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger and I'm since bounced back and will never put all my eggs in one basket again. My advice to the OP is let other know before it happens to them. In today's World spreading the Word on people who do this is the only way to get retribution and it's the right thing to do.

I feel for you my friend, so the right thing but you may want to get on the phone and call everyone you can from the said company first. Tell them your intentions.

Two weeks ago they claim to have sent a wire to the wrong bank account.
One week ago they claim to have sent another wire to the wrong bank account.
Last Friday they claim to have sent a wire to the right IBAN with wrong beneficiary name.

Today they told us they don't want to send another wire because beneficiary name is just for their internal purposes and banks get accept EVERY beneficiary (even if it doesn't match with the account).

My question is: are they scammers or simply idiots?
