Not spamming... but I want to publicly thank Epassporte for their professionalism.

I don't know about anyone else, but when I decide to make a purchase... I want it right now... I don't want to wait.

I had some problems with PayPal the other day when I was trying to buy some content to do some design work. Long story short...I was locked out of my PayPal account and the best help they could give me was to assure me that they could help me in 7 to 10 days. (Fuck PayPal..they Suck!)

The content provider did have alternate billing through Epassporte, for which I did not have an account.

I went to open an account with Epassporte and ran into some security issues with my reg process. I had to call Epassporte to solve these issues and get my new account up and running.

Their staff was very quick to answer my call and very helpful in trying to solve my problem.

Thanks to epassporte's professionalism, I was able to get my account opened, deposit funds instantly, and make my purchase within minutes.

I have NO affiliation with epassporte, but they were very helpful to me and I felt that was worth mentioning. In my opinion, they are a top notch company.

No... you are not following... Read the thread about Adult ADD.. it might help you. I forgot my Pay Pal password. After entering it wrong a few times, I was locked out. Pay Pal's procedure for recovering my password was to Fax ID, a Utility bill, and a signed statement to them and wait 7-10 days for a new password. The faxed info I can uderstand, but 7-10 days! that's no way to run a business. That is plain and simple terrible customer service.

The biggest difference between the companies was that PayPal's attitude is "the customer needs us" and Epassporte's attitude is "we need the customer".

I concur, I lost my paypal password once as well. I signed up and never used it for a long time. It was a big pain in the ass to get it back again.

What I don't undstand about Epassporte is that you have to pay them $35 to get a card to spend your money with. That make sense.

My personal virtual visa was FREE. However, I'm sure they have other types of accounts that do carry a fee.

Sure, the virtual visa is free, but if someone pays you with ep the only way you can get your dirty mitts on the cash is by ordering a chunk of plastic that allows you to get money out of a hole in the wall.
