I never worked for Xbiz, I did moderate their main board for about two years, but that was a little while back.

I did relaunch www.RatedHot.com resource site back in January, and also hired on board Marsha Youngs, who actually is the one that was previously employed by Xbiz (Helmy). She was in charge of running all of the operations of the site, marketing, sales, growth, daily updates, etc. She actually did an awesome job.

A few weeks back we finalized an agreement and I actually sold the site to her, so she is now her own boss.

I am refocused back on my core business, which is my games content company.
