There's a big difference between inventing something and discovering something. Nikola Tesla didn't invent electricity, he invented devices to harvest and distribute it. Same with Wifi and Antibiotics. George Washington Carver didn't invent peanut butter, he simply discovered that if you crush a bunch of peanuts, it turned into a creamy substance.

With that said, of course there's a racial double standard in this country. It's the "you're racist for calling me a racist" defense strategy. The black college student that made fun of whites would have said they targeted her for being black if any action would have been taken. Then Al Sharpton, the NAACP, and BLM would all get involved. There's a white version of Black Lives Matters called the Ku Klux Klan, but apparently they're labeled as a racist organization.
