What PayPal has ( or is about) killed you??? Because if you have PP you do not need anybody else...

Paypal is going to kill me probably. Problem is I have a South African Address although European ID. When I created the paypal I could add Payoneer Card. Now payoneer changed bank and paypal changed rules for SA accounts - bang

CCBILL pays via wire or cheque - no payoneer
