M3server problems?

a site of mine is down since nearly an hour now and I cant reach anyone at m3server by support-systen, email orphone.

Anyone else having problems?

Ok, finally got a reply that the server crashed. So it does not seem to be a general problem at m3.

All of my sites, on 2 different servers and a client's site on a 3rd server are all up and running.

Not like them to not answer up pretty quickly.
