Business DDFCASH: someone else is having problems?

Many days ago I have found a really strange refund on my account (affiliate account): $-180.08, 4 "Chargeback" about $-45.02:

This is really strange but possible if someone explains me what happened! I'm searching to contact someone of DDFCash Staff using the "support" option or by email but no one answers me

Looks like your user issued 4 chargebacks for their 4 rebills, and this particular program is passing on the chargeback fees to you. These can be anywhere between $0-100 per instance, depending on a variety of factors.

They are there. However support should work in some way..
I am an active affil of DDF and I haven't seen such stats..

Yes they had not the possibility to keep up with the emails.

As to regard my problem Sly was right and as Paul mentioned:

"Section : 2.13 You are solely responsible for chargebacks and chargeback fees generated by customers that you have referred, and there is no payment on these transactions as there is no income to either party."
