I'm looking at getting a dedicated server from Rackshack.net and want to know what are the pros/cons of Cpanel, Ensim & Plesk?

I don't know from personal experience, but I have heard some pretty nasty things about Rack Shack... -
Depends on how much administration work you actually plan on doing with your server. If its minimal you are probably better off just hosting somewhere with decent tech support so that they can take of all of that tedious stuff for you. Plus if anything breaks the configs arent hidden or dependent on any software.
Its like getting a car on automatic or stick, hah, I think its a horrible analogy
