Traffic Splitting Script

Hi

I wanted to be able to send say, 50% of a links traffic to site A and 50% to site B.

How would i do this? I would also like to be able to control what the split it, say 90-10

Its basically so i can say redirect a domains traffic half to my new tube, and half to a sponsor.

It would be good if i could do this on a GEO basis too, but not essential.
