What is best answer on this "if site allows amateur videos, what control mechanisms are in place to make sure content is compliant"

content is adult, and is obviously 18+ , but i don't have 2257 , what is good answer to this question

Someone with experience have advice what to say ?

(i am in EU and have EU company... and i have good processing history)

Is the processor US based or not?
18 USC § 2257 is US law you are not in US jurisdiction in the EU.

Its is not only about what to answer or what to say to someone that is conducting compliance on your website but actually making sure you have an ongoing procedure focused on verifying your newly uploaded content (which is user generated one and hence needs to be carefully verified before) to remain compliant all the time.

You definitely want to avoid situation in which one of the forbidden types of videos would find its way onto your website. It may lead to consequences which you may wish to avoid by exactly making sure proper security measurements and constant verification/monitoring are in place.
