Tech flash problems effecting you?

how is everyone dealing with the decline of flash player? which seems to have sped up lately? firefox has disabled it by default now and facebook is floating the idea of getting rid of it completely.

anyone still using a flash player, have you seen dramatic drops in time on site, page views, bounce rates, etc.?

how are you dealing with visitors using older browers that don't allow html5 video players?

will this change require you to re-transcode all of your content collections?

Aren't there problems with HTML5 tho? Like you have to encode videos in 3 formats for desktop viewers?

I sure am glad Firefox and Google Chrome know what's best for me and has fucked around with my shit without my permission. I guess since I'm using their free browsers I'm giving them permission to fuck me in my ass about flash.
