You don't really need a "solution" for this, just a responsive design that scales down your player. Our tube script does this.

I looked at your demo already but the scaling was making the video go behind the sidebar some. Do you have an example where this doesn't happen?

It's just a template, that can be changed but try pressing the little 3 lines at the top - that hides the sidebar entirely. Our default template is setup in a way that at a certain resolution the sidebar kinda "hovers" overtop of everything rather then being beside it as there'd be no other way to fit it all.

Thanks, I'll check it out. My phone is dead atm but I assume that means it hovers over the vid on mobile? I guess that could be fixed if so?

On mobile the sidebar is hidden by default and doesn't hover over anything until you press that button for the menu.
