Wordpress ratings plugin question

hey guys,
there's nice plugin for rating wp-postratings i've seen it working correctly on the site of my friend (but he didn't setup his site so he's canno't help me) but for me this plugin allow to rate only once (1 time per post not per visitor) do any of you have any experience with this particular plugin and maybe know what i did wrong? basically if some1 rate any post no one more can rate it.
any ideas?

Go over your settings it's there click on something called log ip or something like that. It's been a while since I used that script.

There are many, but unfortunately they don't work with caching plugin.

i can choose following:

"Ratings Logging Method:

1. do not log
2. log by ip
3. log by cookie
4. by cookie and ip
5. by username"

whatever i'll pick up and save option, once visitor rate post no more visitors can rate same post how they like, it's inactive for them.

any idea?

I use 'by cookie and IP' but not everyone uses cookies and like someone said there could be issues with caching.

i've deactivated two i have: Leverage Browser Caching Ninja and W3 Total Cache - nothing happend, i still can't vote on the post which was already voted by some other visitor.

1) download and install maxbrowser

2) in maxbrowser goto hide.me

3) select "free proxy"

4) select "more options"

5) Deselect "allow cookies"

6) Goto your site and vote

Report back and tell us what happens

tried your browser through hide.me also tried on tor browser and i can't vote.
i forgot to tell: there's only 1 vote on every voted post that means problem is not uniquely mine but also my visitors. so everyone who voted once kinda locked up post from voting again.

ok, i've tried different things and nothing helped.
here's my site: Asian Sex - can any of you have any more ideas why only one user can vote per post?

and i know the same plugin at my friend's site is working as intended ffs...
