Webcam System recommendation

What is the best webcam system which is ready to use? A system you only have to connect to a payment system and a server - or are all these systems connected to their own payment system where you have to pay for both the software and a % for payment you receive? If so what is the normal % they charge

Is there anyone who has any experience with Fluff vision and knows what % they take of each sale?

You supply the customers and the talent we may supply the tech back-end, a payment wallet and ''normal'' customer (members) support staff for 20%. The HTML front end is negotiable but it would reside on our servers to securely use our API.
