It needs to be a system where I can collect off our sites and post to them.

prefer it to double opt in on there end I havn't had email collectors on our pages in a long time. so i want to test it and see how it does.
If it effects our conversions I will pull it.

But I see sponsors are still doing it on there paysites

I think he means if you want to track which webmaster(s) made the email signup such that they can be credited or at the very least to determine how many signups each webmaster generated to your email lists.
