Looks like he scammed me and Murdoch (from TrafficGoldmine) in the last month out of $XXXX and formerly went by the GFY name "Intrigue" and he screwed SuckOnThis out of $XXXX also a few years ago too. And god knows how many others along the way.

Brandon Kagey used to go by the username Intrigue on here. He screwed our company out of 3 grand years ago.

I don't know who this Eric dude is, but I can positively say the persons name I dealt with was Brandon since he was paid via check. At the time he was living in Ohio and while we were beginning legal action he disappeared off the face of the earth. And that is the same person on Webhostingtalk.

I have no clue if it's good or not. I really do not have a dog in this fight, however my loyalty does happen to lie with my fellow GFY members getting taken for money.

I would use the Facebook links I posted and start bombing their friends and family with messages until you get some sort of feedback or some information. Well, at least that is what I would do.

But the rules clearly stipulate to leave anyones family out of it. I do not know anyone of the involved here, but I do find it troublesome when name and picture of his wife shows up. Is she involved in the deal, then fine. Otherwise she should reasonably be kept out, just like any oter family member.

I do agree with you up to a certain point there were several pics of him on his facebook but they were with his kid and it would not be appropriate to post those here. But I disagree about the wife since to put it into context, my money as well as the rest of those who have been ripped was used to support a drug habit of not only himself but Her as well.

earlier today, i posted this thread and i'm still not having luck, but i realised what pisses me off the most about my situation is this: I don't ask for handouts, i don't ask for shit, i wouldn't take a handout as it kinda goes against my character. For the record, i am not a drug addict, i am not a scammer and i have successfully done great business with a ton of people on this forum over the years. Recently i have been having serious problems with my health and otherwise and have spent more time in the hospital then not recently. I was in the hospital when we last spoke and expected to be discharged that day and didn't, i'm finally home, back online and back to work and want to take care of anyone who my issues have left wronged or feeling wronged.

My wife and eric are completely innocent of any wrong doing and their only 'offense' is being related to me. You guys dragging them into this and the assholes harassing my other friends and family through facebook, etc... are lower then i could ever be.

Also the domains/stuff at mojohost are not mine and is also completely unrelated to any of this, the GFY sleuths did some googling and make assumptions and they're completely wrong. Eric works for that company and that's it, i've done work for them but had to recently resign due to my ongoing health issues. The address that was posted was also my office at my former employers and in no way related to me anymore.

As for the guy that claims to of met me and knows for sure i'm on drugs i'm not sure who you are or why you'd have that opinion but those accusations aren't something you should make so lightly, anyone that actually knows me knows better and i'd hope the people who i've successfully done business with over the years know so as well.

Murdoch's work was done and is sitting on his server now and has been, there were some delays due to my health and other personal issues but i eventually got it sorted out and as far as i know the only thing i didn't do was a walk through at the end (he had been previously walked through most of it, we just didn't walk through the latest functionality), with me being in and out of the hospital i dunno if he's had any issues with it but last i knew it was good and we were gonna do a walk through after he was finished moving, haven't heard from him since but i was back in the hospital, don't see any emails from him but i have a ton to go through and haven't checked all instant messengers, etc.. yet

He contacted me on the 13th, saying he couldn't do Paypal refund because he didn't have money on his account. He said he could send me a check in the mail or he could send me a e-Check payment through paypal but it would take 5-7 days for it to clear. There was no way I was going to give him my personal address for him to send a check in the mail. Giving someone like that personal information is like going to a rapist for help after you get raped.

So I told him to send the Paypal e-Check and I would wait for it to clear.

Guess what? Low and behold, he messages me back with some stupid bogus excuse "just tried too and it's giving me an error, think i hit some security flag or something, it was giving me the option when i emailed you earlier so has to be something like that. contacting paypal right now.

He messages me that Paypal said that the "security flag" will be off in 24 hours and he would send it then.

That was on the 13th, since then....NOTHING , I sent him several emails inquiring about where was the refund and guess what, no replies.

It's always one excuse or another with this guy. He plays the sob story like he did when he replied to the thread about "health issues bs" but he's just playing games. The only reason why he responded to the thread was because the GFY detectives were closing in on him and his wife's scam and contacting his friends/family on facebook about him so he posted in the thread to get us to stop posting the pics/info of him and his wife. He probably thought I would take the "mail me the check" option so he could buy himself more time but he didn't expect me to take the Paypal e-check option which would have forced him to ACTUALLY send the e-check.

This guy is a real piece of work....
