ISPrime Problems for anyone else??

I don't know what's going on but their service is horrible lately. I see some other programs down too, elsewhere. So I know it's not isolated to me. We were down twice in 2 days and they said "drive failure" but we are on a redundant cluster? Someone is pissing on my back & telling me it's only a sun shower. Is anyone else being told the same fibs? Lmk pls. Im at witts end.
